Start your free trialFreelancers have their own prices, apart from organisations, for their personal workspace: their GitLab, code search and Claude.
Use Claude through us instead of your own account: buy credit in advance, each run takes its real Claude cost from it, and you top up when it runs out. Each pack costs its credit plus 1% to cover payment fees.
Pay with PayPal, or by mobile money or card. Every top-up comes with an invoice.
Not in the subscription. Bring your own Claude access — an Anthropic API key or Console account, Bedrock, Vertex AI, Foundry or a company gateway — and pay for it there, or buy prepaid Livra Claude credit from us: each pack costs its credit plus 1% for payment fees. Either way, Livra keeps a daily budget and a cap per run so costs stay predictable.
Your Org Owner subscribes with PayPal (an account or a card), or pays 1, 3 or 12 months ahead by MTN MoMo, Orange Money and other mobile money, or a card. Paying during the trial doesn’t shorten it: paid time starts when it ends.
It can happen when PayPal or Flutterwave takes the payment but can’t reach us. Report it in Settings › Billing with the payment’s reference and a receipt or screenshot: we ask the provider again at once, and otherwise check it ourselves. Once validated, your months or Claude credit are added with an invoice, and everything carries on as normal.
Yes, at any time. Access continues until the end of what you paid; then there are 7 days of grace before the organisation becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
Yes: every payment comes with a PDF invoice, in your organisation’s language, with your legal name, address and tax ID. The Org Owner and admins download them from Settings › Billing.
No. WhatsApp notifications are sent from your organisation’s own WhatsApp Business number, set up in Settings › Notifications, so Meta bills your organisation directly for them. Web push, email and Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Chat notifications cost nothing extra.
Yes. A freelancer has their own workspace — their GitLab, code search and Claude account — billed apart from organisations, with freelancer prices and trial. When a client’s organisation invites them, they join it as a Developer.
No. Teams without an issue tracker start each feature from a written description of the change, with Figma links or images of the design if it has screens, and Claude finds where the code lives.
Runs stop and whoever manages billing is told — also earlier, when it runs low. Buy another pack and Claude starts again. Credit you don’t use is kept, also if you switch to your own Claude account.
No. One subscription covers your whole organisation, however many people and features it has.
A 30-minute demo with your Jira and GitLab, or bring your whole organisation onto the platform.
